Introduction to Basic Aromatherapy: Linda will show you what to look for when purchasing essential oils and how to research for counter-indicators that may be harmful for those using oils. You will also learn about the “notes” in blending oils and a small bit about the chemistry and processing of certain essential oils. Depending upon the length of the workshop you may also learn how to make bath salts or some other simple items.
Introduction to basic Pranic healing and hands on energy techniques: Linda has received certifications on many levels of Pranic healing, but is not a certified teacher of this modality. She does believe in promoting the teachings of Master Choa Kuk Sui and offers an introduction to his teachings so participants can be exposed enough to know whether to pursue formal teaching from certified teachers. Participants will learn the sensation of feeling energy in their hands; will learn the basics about the human aura and how to feel it; will get basic information about the Pranic chakra system (which is a bit different from most teachings); will experiment with how to feel chakras; and if weather permits students will learn how to see air, sun and perhaps earth prana. If time allows, Linda would also wish to share the Twin Hearts Meditation that Master Choa Kuk Sui developed for healing (both individuals and the planet). This workshop will be very basic and is designed for beginners in the study of energy. If there are Reiki Masters who would like to learn more about the differences between Pranic healing and Reiki, and the advantages of using both, Linda might consider offering a more advanced class, but for informational purposes only--for certification, she can refer you to a teacher in your region.
Archetypes for Daily Use: As a trained archetype facilitator, Linda would love to introduce you to the wondrous world of using archetypes to decode your unique behaviors and innermost feelings. This basic class will teach you what archetypes are and how to select a natal archetype grouping. Time permitting, there will be an opportunity provided for attendees to work on selecting their own archetype groupings during class (or as homework if it is a weekend seminar). This is a vital lifetime tool that can be used the rest of your life, so taking the time to ensure it is done well is a gift that will keep on giving. After this, participants will learn how to cast an archetype wheel and how to phrase questions to ask their archetypes. Basic reading of the archetype wheel will be taught and practiced during class. This workshop is best taught as a 2-day seminar, 3-days is even better for a more thorough understanding of how to interpret the wheel. Linda is willing to adjust the class according to what the group being taught wants, but warns that the 2-day workshop will be rather rushed.
Archetypes to the Rescue-Using Archetypes to Understand Your Relationship With Depression: This class can be taught as an advanced applications course for trained archetype facilitators, or as an introductory class in using archetypes to affect depression. It is best taught AFTER one attends the Archetypes for Daily Use workshop. This enables the group to focus entirely on the process of working with depressed archetypes and the process Linda has developed rather than on the basics of natal archetype groupings. For this reason, Linda offers this course at three different levels:
Basic Rescue-is a 4-day workshop that starts from scratch with teaching the selection of the natal archetype grouping. Participants are warned that the class will be busy, and even with the 4 days, they may feel a bit overwhelmed.
Intermediate Rescue-is a 2-day workshop that will start with a bit of a review of the natal archetypes, but that will jump in and discuss the intricacies of working with a depressed archetype within a depressed house. Participants must have attended the Archetypes for Daily Use workshop before enrolling in this class. There will be visualizations and a meditation worked into the schedule that are designed to better connect participants with their archetypes. If a group wants to make this into a 3-day seminar, it can be arranged.
Advanced Rescue-is a 1 or 2-day workshop designed to teach certified archetype facilitators the intricacies of using Linda’s process with clients. If there is enough time and interest, the process can extend to 3-Ring archetype wheel readings. There will be a lot of experiential activities to ensure participants understand how to teach/use the intricacies of the process.
Etheric Awareness-a phrase coined to embrace the positive usage of energy to keep one protected from the negativities of daily life. Linda is trained in a myriad of techniques to use from essential oils to energetic suits to gemstones, and so much more. This is a fascinating workshop for anyone interested in energetic protection, and is a “must explore” for people in a hands-on healing profession. The workshop is particularly interesting because it dabbles into many processes in an attempt to provide attendees with at least one that can be used or added to their daily routine. This workshop can be taught in 1-day and 2-day versions depending upon the needs of the group.
Linda is receptive to custom designing workshops for participants if there are special requests. In fact, knowing what the audience is interested in learning is welcome information. When choosing to come to a workshop it is important to ask yourself what it is you expect to get from the experience. Many times it is to get first-hand information from someone who has written a book or developed a process that you would like to experience. Sometimes it is because he/she has a brochure that presents some kind of interesting information. When coming to one of Linda’s workshops, whether she is presenting it alone or with a business associate, it is important to come with an open mind and a desire to learn some new approaches to things you may be coping with in different ways.
As a student, Linda realizes how tempting it is to sit in an audience and tell those around you all of the different ways you would do the same thing. This is a hard thing to endure when one truly wants to hear what the expert they have paid to learn from is saying. So, if you are traditionally a “chatty” type of participant, Linda begs you to come with more consideration for your classmates and for what she is trying to teach. You are totally within your rights to disagree with her, and toss everything she says aside, as long as you wait to do it after you have heard what has been presented.
And, since so many people learn more by doing than by just listening, Linda tries to make her workshops as interactive as possible. Some topics are easier to present in this format than others but they both try to make your workshop experience as informative and positive as possible.

The basic aromatherapy class is a bit less, but it is only offered in areas where Linda can arrive by car. The Myss-trained Archetype Facilitator's class for those wanting to teach the principles in Archetypes to the Rescue to clients is $995.00 per person for the one day class.
